We provide technical support and maintenance by telephone, remote connectivity or on-site visits by an experienced engineer. The strength of our technical knowledge and understanding enables us to provide innovative and tailored solutions to problems with an unbiased approach to technology.
Since software issues can result in as much costly downtime as problems with hardware, we are committed to constantly developing the specialist knowledge and experience needed to assess, diagnose and fix application problems to get you back up and running in the shortest time possible.
Whether you require rapid fix solutions for servers and workstations, or ad-hoc repairs for less business critical devices, our maintenance contracts can be structured and tailored to suit any requirement and budget.
Our repair service is aimed at the home or small office user who doesn't feel they need a maintenance contract, but want the reassurance of knowing they can get access to expert help should something go wrong with their Apple or PC system.
Whether it’s a new hard drive that’s needed, a memory upgrade or the installation of a new system, no job is too small. We can visit your home or office and carry out the work or alternatively collect and repair your machine in our workshop - whatever it takes to get you back up and running as quickly as possible with the minimum of stress and disruption.
- On-site: £95 + VAT for the first hour and then £69 + VAT for every hour thereafter
- Workshop: £20 + VAT diagnostic and £49 + VAT per hour thereafter
- Apple Care and Warranty: free (computer must be brought/sent to our offices)
- Prices are subject parts costs
